What started off as a basic cage cuff became my greatest work yet, a totally epic cuff I didn’t think I was capable of! Kept tinkering and it was hard to stop adding on but I’m happy with it! #kandi #kandikid #cuff #3d #epic #rave #raver #plur #trance #house #edm #plurwarrior

Anonymous asked: So I've had an interest in electronic music since I was little and about a year ago, I really got into it and even before then, have admired the rave scene from afar, especially kandi kids. Now, I really want to start raving and get immersed in the scene, but I fear being judged because of the new popularity that edm has gotten and how so many treat it like a fad. How would I get into raving without being judged for being new?
Well to be honest, any true raver or kandi kid would welcome you with open arms. The ones who would judge you for being new are the same people who are just into EDM because it’s what’s popular now. I love meeting first time ravers. Just be yourself, have fun, and maybe bring some kandi (if you know how to make).
Anonymous asked: What's with all these fucking idiots copying a different generation ?
I don’t see how this is copying a different generation. Kandi and kandi kids were prevalent at raves in the late 90s and early 00s, which wasn’t too long ago. I myself have been raving for almost 6 years now and have been a kandi kid since the beginning. Obviously you know nothing about PLURR or the older rave scene. Nowadays whenever I go to raves and wear kandi, its full of what I call “kandi beggars” who apparently think its okay to beg for kandi, and get offended if I don’t give them a huge cuff. Like I’ve said before, kandi is the physical representation of PLURR and I like to trade it with people who I’ve made a connection with at a rave. I fail to see your point, if any, at how we’re “idiots copying a different generation”. It’s still the same generation.. only a few years removed.
